2230.0
Airframe Notes
2230 total time since new. Very clean no damage airframe with excellent paint and interior. The plane is exactly as it came from the factory and has not been messed up with mods and avionics chop shop wiring changes. Everything works as new and the plane flies perfect while beating book speed figures. The airframe is super tight and is earphone free quite at cruise power settings. Pressurization meets book figures at all altitudes.

Exterior
Year Painted
1980
Exterior Notes
Original paint is in excellent condition. I would rate it at a solid 7.5 to 8 on a scale of 10. It has a deep shine with no dings or dents with just minor touch ups done when needed. The plane has been hangered most all of its life so the paint is in very good condition. Both prop spinners are polished to a chrome finish and all wheels have polished hub caps.
Interior

Interior Notes
The seats are original and look like almost new. (Cessna leather & fabric). The headliner is new installed last month. All interior plastic moldings have been removed, cracks repaired & reinforced and then repainted before being reinstalled. The instrument panel showes as new, repainted, new plaqures and all post lights working. There are no cracks or holes in the panel and it looks factory fresh.
Inspection Status
Inspection Status
Annual due April 2013. Everything else is current and up to date including all service bulletins and AD notes. Note: the plane had a nose gear collapse 12 years ago. There was no airframe damage and the prop and engine were replaced at that time.
