This airplane is awesome! With the O360 added with the ARCH-Warrior STC she climbs like crazy on takeoff, and is just a pleasure to fly. Standard cruise is just over 110 knts. She is incredibly stable. We’ve flown several times in some major IFR conditions. The radios work flawlessly, and are the clearest radios I’ve experienced in an aircraft.

The airframe is in 9/10 condition with no major modifications. TT is

O-360A4M. This engine is an excellent engine providing extra climb when it is needed the most. The engine was installed factory new in 2001 by the previous owner. The engine has been well maintained since then but not used much.

The engine has been upgraded from the O-320 to the O-360. The prop was also changed as part of the STC

All analog flight instruments have been replaced with new in 2001 SAFE-HEET 700 Series Engine Heater, 120 VAC, Master switch replaced. Landing light upgrade Belly strobe Blower fan for passenger comfort.

The exterior is a 2/10. She needs paint. The previous owner painted her and it is evident that the proper procedures for the base coat were not followed. I didn't find out about it until a year after I purchased her. There are some spots of top coat flaking off.

The interior is a 8/10. The previous owner replaced the entire interior, including rebacking the wall panels.

She is currently in annual until July, and she is current on her IFR static checks.
