Annual Inspection Last Done May of 2014, Scheduled at HPA 5-2015 #FAA1 Accident/Incident Occurred on: 2004-12-22 Narrative: (-23) ON A NIGHT VMC APPROACH TO RUNWAY 02 AT HFD, THE AIRPLANE STRUCK TREES PRIOR TO THE RUNWAY AND THEN LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. THE LEFT WING WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED. THE LEFT GEAR DOOR, LEFT FLAP, AND LEFT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE. #FAA2 Accident/Incident Occurred on: 2008-08-20 Narrative: (-23) DURING LANDING WHILE ON ROLL OUT, THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. THE THREE BLADED COMPOSITE PROPELLER STRUCK THE GROUND CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER AND LEFT AND RIGHT NOSE LANDING GEAR DOORS.
