    N1237V was assembled and then signed off January 26, 2001 from new and surplus parts, built to manual #TM55-1510-202-35P, Cessna Drawing #0600066 & Cessna Drawing # 0600523. New wiring installed in fuselage. All instruments overhauled. Goodyear wheels and brakes installed. All new tires and tubes installed. New battery installed. Oil filter installed per STC #SA00079NY. P-Ponk landing gear reinforcement installed per STC #SA2918NM. Jasco alternator installed in lieu of a generator - see Form 337. Aircraft treated, primed, and painted using Randolph Products paint & procedures. Control surfaces balanced per manual #TM1-L-19A-2. Aircraft weighed using an Evergreen Electronic Scale and weight & balance computed. Fligt Manual #TO1L-1A-1 change 4 provided with aircraft.

    Engine Overhauled and signed off December 20, 2000, major overhaul of Continental O-470-11 basic engine assembly, s/n T-104316.AD notes applicable to the basic engine were complied with at that time: 56-06-01 by installing 539467 piston pins, 63-15-01 by installing 626540 exhaust valves. MAgnetos p/n 10-51265-43 were installed. REM40E spark plugs installed. Comression 1-71/80, 2-69/80, 3-67/80, 4-69/80, 5-72/80 & 6-68/80.

 Engine installed on N1237V using new lord mounts and attaching hardware. Installed overhauled starter p/n 756-110C, installed overhauled carburetor p/n 391629-8, installed overhauled fuel pump p/n RG9080-F1.
