Description
The Dream Air N64784 (c/n 25482/14037) is a very luxury, 15-seat Dakota. It was delivered as a C-47A on 26 July 1944 to the USAAF and in 1986 it came to Dream Air. Before 1986, the Dakota was owned for 32 years by the 'chewing gum family' Wrigley. The plane is powered by two Twin Wasp R-1830-94 engines which are less common than the R-1830-92 engines. The picture is taken at the Texel Airshow on 26 August 1990. The Dakota went to the USA in the mid-nineties.
