New Avionics package works well.Inspections are not current due to engine problem and current owners unwilling to put more time and money into right engine repair. The right engine was repaired twice at National Flight Toledo ( FEB.2011,Nov.2013)within the last 100 flight hours.Power of right engine remains low after second repair. National Flight has verbally stated that right engine repair is under warranty until Nov.2015, and that warranty is transferable to a third party. The aircraft engines turn freely and remain within temperature limits during start and taxi. The left engine makes slightly better then rated takeoff power when evaluated using TAKEOFF POWER CHECK CHART Figure 4-4 of the AFM. The right engine makes about 7% less than rated takeoff power when evaluated using the TAKEOFF POWER CHECK CHART. When in cruise flight with the indicated fuel flow matched, a 50c temperature split between engines is present. The right engine has the higher indicated temperature. The aircraft is located inside the main hangar at M08 airport in Bolivar, TN. A power cart is available for engine start and avionics testing. Price $350k/best offer/no reserve. The current owner's desire is to sell aircraft on or before December 31, 2014. The asking price will be reduced each week until a buyer is found. The transaction will be cleared through a mutually agreeable aircraft title service. Title service fees will be split equally between buyer and seller. The aircraft is for sale as is, where is without seller's warranty. The seller assumes no responsibility for the actions of third parties before or after the sale.
