Some baffling repaired. 2009: New: strobes, canopy, windscreen, rear windows (All LP Aero green tint), Aileron bushings, new Battery, Oil Door, new nosewheel tire, Nose fork removed and inspected, Davtron OAT/Timer/Voltmeter, Overhauled Carburettor, Lamp Dimmer, brand new Directional Gyro with Heading Bug. 2010:New flap bushings installed, New Electronics International Digital EGT/CHT. New vernier mixture control assy, New elevator bungee housing. All ADs complied with, including debonding AD by permanent fix and the service bulletin for valve clearances for O-235 engines. Selling to move up to a Mooney M20J Great plane--flew across America from Philly to Sacramento. Aircraft gets up to 11,500 feet mostly loaded and 10,500 fully loaded on standard days (temp, pressure) on 108 HP! Aircraft flown regularly (i.e. 8-10 hrs per month+) so AFTT and ETT will change.
