    Current Owner Is The Only Civilan To Own This Aircraft! Modified To The TL-19 Configuration w/ the O-470-15 Engine & Constant Speed Prop Raising Cruse To 125MPH N521ST is an L-18E, built for the French government by Cessna and brought from France to the USA in 1981. Current owner is the only civilian to own this aircraft It was painted in the U.S. Army Jungle & Artic paint scheme just like the owner flew it in 1954-1959 as part of the 521st Engineer Company stationed at the Presidion of San Francisco. It was modified to the TL-19 configueration with the O-470-15 engine and constant speed prop raising the cruise to 125 mph from 95 mph.
