Great little low time Grumman Yankee for sale! We used the aircraft to fly formation with our other buddies who had Yankees. I've now moved and need to sell! I have at least $31k in the airplane between new batteries, new exhaust system, new flap motor, ect. Have fun flying around at 172 speeds with 152 fuel burn! My wife is back in school so the airplane needs to go to a new home! I will entertain reasonable offers.

Very low time Yankee which was hangared its entire life up until 3 years ago. It now has a tie down in Palo Alto, CA while on the hangar wait list. New flap motor installed last year.

The engine has only 227 hours since major overhaul. Good compressions, new battery installed last year.

Factory paint in good condition. 8/10 We waxed the aircraft at least once per year. This aircraft still has the original metal wheel pants which are pretty hard to come by and expensive if you can even find them!

Interior still in good condition, 7/10. Some of the plastic at the base of the panel is starting to crack as they all do. We had a custom glare shield cover made for the top of the panel to keep the sun away from the plastic. That has kept the top of the glare should in good condition.

Last Annual Inspection completed in September of 2015, aircraft can be sold with a fresh annual.
