Clean, Nice, and Fast Lancair IV Business Owned and no expense spared This aircraft was purchased by a local company to commute from state to state in a short amount of time economically. The business owner purchased the aircraft when is was just primmer and bare radios with no mods. He had all the mods and radios installed in thoughts that he would fly the aircraft himself. I am just a local CFI that fell into teaching him how to fly this bird. Since then, they have upgraded to a larger twin aircraft and wish to sell this one.
