1580 total time, 274 TT since extensive Mooney Factory inspection/repair - This Aircraft has damage history including a gear up landing in 2008 and a previouse nose gear collapse in 2006 . In 2008 the Mooney factory inspected and repaired the aircraft following the gear up landing with new parts. This was at 1306 total hours and there has been no subsequent damage. There have been multiple Mooney Factory and Mooney Authorised Service Center annuals since. Complete copies of the log books are attached.

960 TT Since Factory New Engine (February 2002) 274 TT since tear down inspection by Firwall Forward following a gear up landing, The inspection included an overhauled/ certified crankshaft, camshaft, crankcase and engine assesories. Reinstalled by Mooney Airplane Co. along with a overhauled turbo and a new prop.
