    Suggested Opening Bid: $50,000 This 1996 kit was finished in 2000 and won Best Fabric Work at Oshkosh in 2002. The amphib Czech 1150 floats make this the most fun you will have in a plane or a boat! The Rotax 912UL has been upgraded to 90hp and will get two full size guys off the water no problem. New Sensenich ground adjustable composite prop was installed 9/09. Includes Garmin 296 GPS and wheels. Always meticulously maintained and hangared. The aircraft was constructed (tube and fabric) by Dennis Boden in 2000 and is certified under a Special Airworthiness Certificate as Experimental ? Amateur Built (fixed wing, single engine) dated March 10, 2001. It is powered by a Bombardier Rotax 912 UL 4 cylinder, 4 stroke engine upgraded to a 912 Extra (95hp) with a new Sensenich composite ground adjustable propeller installed in 2009. The engine can operate on unleaded auto fuel or 100LL (18 gal capacity) and uses 3 to 4 gallons per hour. The aircraft has been flown continuously since completion and has approx. 780 hrs on the tach (180hrs since 2006). TBO time on the 912 is 1200 hours although can be increased to 2000 hrs. with certain modifications. Gross weight is 1200lbs and empty weight is approx. 615lbs. making the useful loan approx. 585 lbs. Cruise speed is 85mph and stalls at apprx. 45mph. The aircraft is equipped with electric trim, vortex generators and won Best Fabric Work at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh in 2002. In 2002, Czech Aircraft Works 1150 amphibious floats with hydraulically (manual) retractable landing gear were installed. The aircraft performs well on and off the water at maximum gross weight. Avionics include an ICOM ICA200 radio, a King KT 76A Mode S transponder, an AmeriKing AK 350 encoder, an Ameriking AK 450 Emergency Locator Transmitter, a FlightCom MX Sport intercom, and a Garmin 296 GPS.
