March 2010 - Lycoming tear down inspection & repair at from gear up landing (Mooney Factory Repair). New prop at Lycoming factory tear down and Inspection. Mooney Factory performed the R&R. June 2014 - Sudden Stoppage Inspection and Repair by Columbia Aircraft (See attached entry and parts list).
