    Plane was meticulously built over 7 years and 6,000 hours using nothing but the best components. I kept to the highest standard at every stage of fabrication knowing that my family and friends would be flying in the plane. I have a BS in Electrical Engineering and have previously owned multiple airplanes, both certified and homebuilt.

    Engine Notes
    Lycoming IO-540K angle valve model (300HP stock). Overhauled by Performance Engines (http://www.performanceengines.com) which included blueprinting, static and dynamic balancing, porting, 10:1 pistons, Airflow Performance fuel servo, performance camshaft and valve jobs, etc. The motor was broken in before flight by Lycon (http://www.lycon.com). Lycon dyno'd the engine at 340HP.

    MT 3 blade constant speed hydraulic propeller (http://www.mt-propeller.com/en/entw/exper.htm). The combination of 340HP and the MT prop provide outstanding take-off performance.

    Avionics

    The instrument panel was assembled by Instrument Overhaul Service of San Diego. It has a Blue Mountain Avionics (http://www.bluemountainavionics.com) G4 EFIS that controls the two-axis Auto Pilot. Besides being a synthetic vision EFIS, this unit also includes a moving map which displays both terrain and data link weather. Other Avionics/Instruments include: Garmin 340 audio panel Garmin 250XL GPS/Com King KX-155 Nav/Com with KI209 ILS head King KX-76C digital transponder Vision Microsystems VM1000 engine monitoring system Vision Microsystems EC100 checklist/advisory system Vision Microsystems fuel level system Davtron digital chronometer Davtron digital multimeter (OAT, DA, voltage) Hydraulic pressure gauge (landing gear) Sony CD music player A standard pitot-static/vacuum/electric flight instrument arrangement: Airspeed, Attitude indicator, Altimeter, Turn coordinator, DG, and VSI. The pitot/static system is IFR certified (3/07).

    Additional Equipment
    Airframe options: Dynamic Wing canard and wings, strake extensions for more elbow room, tinted windows, filtered air induction, remote oil filter, HID landing light, and a lit overhead switch panel. Other included items: Precise flight portable oxygen system and an aircraft cover.

    The plane was professionally painted using a PPG base/clear paint system. White/Grey. 1,000 hours were spent finishing and painting the plane - the fit and finish is first class.
