Nice 2001 Alarus CH2000 with Clean interior and good paint. All logs on the plane since new. 1916 hrs on a (2400hr TBO) Lycoming O-235 N2C. Fresh out of annual with mid seventies compression on all 4 Cylinders. Runs Strong. Comprehensive annual included replacing the wheel bearings on all three wheels. All fuel hoses rearward from the firewall, and a rebuild of the air intake box. No AD's have ever been issued for this plane. This speaks volumes. The prop on this plane has less than 50hrs since new, with a senseniech cruise prop as the previous owner did not like the looks of the paint being worn off, and small nicks caused by a taxi over rocks by a student. The radios were stolen out of the plane on the ramp. All of the racks and wiring are in the plane with no damage to either the racks or the wiring. Plug and play with a Garmin 430 GPS, King Kx-155, Garmin 327 transponder, and a Garmin 340 audio panel of which I have replaced, but not installed. The audio panel comes with the plane. All the tires are about a year old. This is a get in and fly plane. Easy to fly, and easy to land with a 100 knot cruise and 43 knot stall. 607lb useful load, and a 28 gallon tanks using less than 6 gallons per hour. Clean 2001 Alarus CH2000... Cheap to fly. Less than 6 GPH. Great trainer

The radios were stolen out of the plane while it was sitting on the ramp. The plane is set up to go IFR, with a Garmin 430, King kx-155, Garmin 327 transponder, and a Garmin 340 audio panel. There was also a Garmin GI-106, and King KI-208 indicators I have purchased the audio panel (which will go with the plane) but have not installed it as of yet. I can replace all of the avionics if the buyer would like to negotiate previous the sale.

Clean interior. No wear spots. 9 out of 10.

Just had an extensive annual. All three wheels had the bearings replaced. The air intake box was rebuilt, and all of the hoses from the firewall rearward are new, such as the sumps and tanks to the selector were replaced as stated in the maintenance manual. Nothing out of sorts on this plane. It has been taken care of all of its life. Have all logs since new, and are very comprehensive.
