    Beautiful, 1976 Piper Cherokee Pathfinder 235. Brand new Hartzell two-blade Scimitar prop 4 hrs SNEW (2400 TBO) A significant upgrade in performance and noise reduction. Brand new SkyTec lightweight starter w/belt. Newly overhauled Bendix mags (8/15) by ARN-Air. New ELT battery. This plane looks great for original paint and interior. Has been flying on a regular basis and meticulously cared for over the years by two private owners. Many other new parts since 2012 annual. This Piper is a wonderful plane for anyone looking to travel with up to four people and some cargo at an affordable price. Very capable IFR certified platform that can be upgraded with the latest avionics if desired. An entry level cabin-class airplane with load hauling capability that's also very affordable to operate.     Original Piper Cherokee paint scheme. 7/10. Nice gloss and looks great. Completely referred upper and lower engine cowling, wing and stab tips, dorsal and wheel fairings...better than new. Some minor hail damage to horizontal stab. Small dent on right wing and flap of unknown origin. This plane has been hangared since at least 1986. Glass is all in great shape.

    Original interior that has been very well cared for. Exceptionally clean. Instrument panel is in exceptional condition. No rips or tears in the side panels or headliner. Some minor repairs to the Piper plastic in various areas. 7/10.
