This nearly new Aerostar R40S is a rugged but fun SLSA aircraft. Low wing configuration with full basic panel, radios, transponder and lights. Garmin 296 GPS installed. Great Light Sport Trainer!! Low wing metal construction with metal landing gear and American A/N bolts, MATCO wheels and brakes.

Rotax 912 ULS 4-stroke with drip pans under the carbs, air-box and fire proofing throughout. Evans waterless coolent used since new.

3-blade all composite ground adjustable French Arplast propeller.

Factory standard configuration, with dual throttles and flush wing rivets. Panel mounted AirGizmo for Garmin 296. Will handle 396 and 496 also.

Icom Radio w/ Garmin mode-c transponder; Garmin 296 GPS.

Garmin 296 GPS w/AirGizmo panel mount; Dual toe brakes and throttles. Second throttle on left side. Flush rivets, lights, wheel pants, electric evevator trim, Tru-Trak ADI, electric RMI, hobbs meter and tach. Right and left side accessory power outlets.

Very Clean. Interior night lighting with brow lights on instruments. Seats are adjustable fore and aft.
