Owned by current owner for the last 3 years, and have flown around 300 to 400 hours in last 3 years.

No major problems. It is up to date on all service bulletins. In addition, had prop rebuilt last year and have replaced the alternator and vacuum pump within the last 2 years.

Alway get lots of complements with it. Owner buying/bought high-performance pressurized airplane.
