This aircraft was owned by the original owner for 17 years and then sold to the second owner who had it for 1 year and then we purchased it in 1988, brought it to Arizona where it has spent its time here protected in a hanger. Aircraft TT is about 3400 (It does fly) Engine TTSO is about 675. This aircraft originally came with a 225HP IO470L. It has been modified to a bullet proof 260HP IO470N and had Millennium cylinders installed. We change the oil every 25 hours and it only uses one quart of oil in that time. This is a great airplane. The only reason we're selling it is because we don't use it for what it is capable of doing anymore and don't need this much airplane. Priced at $95,000.

The paint is about a 7-8 with a few chips on the nose and I was hard pressed to find a couple of small dings on the leading edges. It will still shine like new.

The interior still is in great shape with no rips or tears. This interior won Best of Show for interiors at an AOPA convention.
