Plane has been always in personal hanger at airpark. TT - 1732, SMOH - 1732, Airframe is great condition April 2007 new paint! The floats are Edo 2500. These have just been 100% refurbished and painted April 2007. Like new (if not better) TLC and special care has been applied to this plane!!There is no damage history on this plane. The logs are 100% complete. Last annual was Nov. 2006. All AD's are current. Engine compression in November is as follows: #1 72/80 #2 71/80 #3 70/80 #4 70/80 35 70/80 #6 72/80. This is the fuel injected model. Does not come with fixed landing gear. Floats did have salt time before this air frame - hence reason for TOTAL painstaking restoration inside and out.The Edo 797-2500 Floats are 1987. The plane was purchased on landing gear, switched to floats in July 1996 SN# 113 & 114 by original owner. Note: Original landing gear was split axle type, spring-oil oleo shock absorber. Hydraulic breaks and stearable tail wheel. I have no record of where the gear is it was not with the plane when I purchased it. Usable load fully fueled is 680lbs. Plane can be viewed any time. The plane is located at 94FL in SW Florida near RSW and Page Field. Can land at private airstrip with permission. - no trades!
