Airport Fees: All Aircraft..............If required by weather, hangar and/or de-icing charges. Fuel Surcharge: Occasionally, a fuel sur-charge must be added to the cost of the charter due to periodic fluctuations in the price of oil. The duration of this charge is normally short term, and only our actual increased cost will determine the fuel surcharge. Federal Excise Tax: When r4equired by Federal law, an excise tax of 7.5% for passenger flights along with a flight segment fee, and 6.25% for freight flights will be included in the cost of the charter. Handling Charge: A small handling charge will be added to all incidental services arranged by ACS.
