    Description
CANADIAN AIRCRAFT, CHEAP TIME BUILDER, PRICE REDUCED, SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY!!, OTHERS NEED NOT INQUIRE, Location: Que Ref. #7482 AIRCRAFT OUT OF ANNUAL WOULD NEED PROPS DONE TO BE PUT BACK INTO ANNUAL THIS WOULD BE IDEAL FOR A GROUP OF PILOTS TO PURCHASE AND TAKE THEIR TWIN AND/OR MULTI IFR RATINGS ON THE AIRCRAFT NOTE FROM OWNER/PILOT/A&P : Props are Hartzells, and in my opinion there is nothing wrong with them, there is only a s canadian regulation that they have to be overhauled every 10 years. I have not flown more than those 145 hours the last 13 years, but the compression of the cylinders is excellent. One engine has 5 crome cylinders, and one normal cylinder, and the left eng has 6 normal cylinders,(nitraded),they all have good compression, the oil consumption is about 4-5 hours per quart, and after the conversion to fuel injection,I can lean it out to 9-10 gals per engine per hour, which is quite good for IO 470 continentals. Depends on my power setting . I cruise between 165 to 180 MPH.I have a 720 channel VHF trans ceiver. And I will give a KX 155 with the plane ,but this is a 24 volt radio, you would have to trade it for a 12 volt with some one,or put an adapter in the plane,to be able to use it, the plane's system is 12 volt.there is an old T 12 ADF which used to work fine, and I have an audio panel. The brakes are from a Rangemaster Navion, which fit well, but only on the left, pilot's side. She has 2 vacum pumps and 2 hydraulic pumps, one on each engine.
