M2 oil-air separator . Beech West Hayward Dual Pressure pump kit . Tanis- 1200 engine heater (Crankcase pads and cylinder rocker cover probes).

Propeller: McCauley 3A323 C76- SFLMR , about 234 hours SMOH.

Exterior paint in very good condition. Couple of chips on landing struts. A small touch up or two on leading edge.

In very good condition. Nice headliner, sidewalls and very comfortable seats! Quality carpet Seatbelts are very nice. "Over the Shoulder" harnesses for all four forward seats.

Current undergoing fresh Annual. Other logbook highlights: Ruddervators “overhauled “ by Stebbins Aviation, Sept. 2010 at 3080 hours. Exhaust mufflers replaced in 2010 at 3087 hours. Landing gear motor overhauled in 2010 at 3087 hours Dukes fuel pump upgraded to Nylatron type. Left fuel cell replaced 2002, Right fuel cell replaced 2003. Nose retraction rod-ends replaced in 2013 Center and rear windows replaced in 2004
