This is a unique Avid Magnum that I completed late last year.  Corporate / insurance issues force sale.  It is completed, and ready to fly (I have not flown the requisite FAA time yet).  The airplane is done, painted, and ready to fly.  Building this aircraft has been a many-year love-affair, and my loss is your gain.  WONDERFUL opportunity at a superb experimental bushplane.
