Description
This Remos G3 is one of the few approved for VFR day AND night flight. If you are a Sport Pilot and want to get your Private one day, this is a must. If you want to be able to sell your G3 to a wider group, the night approval is a huge plus to those of us with night privileges. If you are a flight school and need a day/night trainer that is equipped to teach instrument approaches, this G3 will do it at way less than 5gph in the pattern and less than 5gph cross country. And use ethanol free car gas which is way cheaper than 100LL. Not many SLSAs can do all of this. Uniquely equipped Remos G3

Modifications/Conversions
Modifications/Conversions
The factory upgraded this G3 to aircraft grade wiring with night approval, UMA electroluminescent LED instrument bezel lights, LED Nav lights, two LED strobe beacons, and a LED Whelen landing light. This is one of very few G3s with a letter from the factory approving the plane for VFR day and night.
This is a huge benefit for anyone with night flight privileges, any flight school, and any Sport Pilot who may want to get a Private License or be able to sell to someone with night privileges.
Avionics
Avionics/Radios
The factory equipped this G3 with everything you need to go anywhere. There is an AvMap EKP 4 linked in to the Digiflight II autopilot with altitude hold. So you can program in your whole flight and see your progress on the big moving map display.
There are TWO Garmin SL-30 NavComs and TWO Garmin CDI 106A both with glideslope. A Garmin GMA-340 audio panel ties everything in from the marker beacon right through both Nav/Coms. The Garmin GTX-327 transponder with encoder gets you in to any airspace you will want to go. The horizon (TSO), DG (TSO), and turn coordinator are electric. The airspeed is calibrated in knots as primary with mph as secondary. All of the flight instruments are lit by the UMA electroluminescent lights and the avionics are all internally lit.
