Fast as all heck and a lot of fun. Flies like a T38 Trainer

Airframe: Annual completed 8/1/15 When the builder Steve Eddie purchased the kit it was a 235. During his build, Lancair just released the 320 model. Steve was able to get all the modifications from the Factory including Modified 320 wings and spars, upgraded landing gear, extended Tail modification ect. The vin says 235 but the plane is a 320. The owner of Lancair Corporation has actually flown this plane during its checkout and inspected it and signed it off in the logbooks! It is an exceptional build that is flawless and has 20 years or safe hassle free flight time.

Engine: The engine was installed in 2012. Total time is 75 hours. It is a Lycoming O290-D-2 145 horse 2800 rpm with Chrome Cylinders. There is a complete 4 cyl CHT and EGT Grand Rapids Monitoring system in place with reset alarms. 40 amp alt. All parts and equipment on this plane are FAA certified.
