    Description
Beechcraft Twin Bonanza S-50 Swearingen with 295 HP GO-480 G2D6 Engines. Ser. # CH-86 was converted at the Swearingen Factory in 1966 with all the desirable modifications.
The paint is a 8+/10, Interior 8+/10, Glass 10/10. The seating is Pilot/Co-Pilot, 3 place couch with recliner section and two club seats, re-upholstered in July of 2011, with all new seat belt ribbing. All seats have intercom, cabin lighting and an outlet for phone or computer charging. Rear cargo net for aft baggage. Forward nose baggage area is also large and available for more bags.
This aircraft has the preferable Swearingen Airstair door, extended nose, fully enclosed gear doors, all 3 positions, Vortex generators, essential Cleveland wheels and brakes, 230 Gal. fuel, strobes, new 2011 Speedslope Windshield STC. Garmin 150XL GPS, Garmin GMA 340 Audio Panel, KX 155 Nav/Com, KY 196 Com, Narco 890 DME, Collins TDR 950 xpdr, JPI fuel flow, BFG Stormscope, Trimble Radar alt., Monroy TCAD, Sigtronics back up electric Horizon, Tac Aire Auto Pilot with Alt. The Airframe Total time is 7237 Hrs, with the left Engine 430 Hrs. SMOH and the Right Engine 1280 SMOH as of today, but the plane is currently flying a few hours a week. The Propellors are the no AD McCauley 3 blades with 210 Hrs. SNEW, #2 prop governor overhauled in August 2011. The engines have new fire sleeved oil and fuel lines, highly detailed cowls and mounts. Sunrise spin on oil filters. Magnetos on both engines overhauled and complete. The fuel bladders are all good and they have all been changed in the last 8 years. A low time well operating cabin heater is installed and does a fine job during the cold season with an operation temperature control sensor in the cabin as it should be.
In July 2009, a complete nose gear assembly with all drag links, switch boxes, shimmy damper, heavy actuator brackets were installed. During which both left/right main gear actuators with rebuilt/inspected units, heavy actuator brackets, rebuilt drag links, and new switch boxes, and rebuilt/overhauled gear relays were installed and the motor and transmission gears inspected. At great expense, the gear on this aircraft has been upgraded and it has been done correctly. This is a very important and necessary upgrade.
The flight controls are in very nice condition. Log books from new, 337 forms, paperwork from Swearingen, flight manual supplements, POH, maintenance manuals, Auto Pilot manual, and all other manuals for avionics and equipment. The aircraft can also boast a No Damage history record of flight. The interior was re-upholstered in July 2011. Wing-bolt AD accomplished July 2011. This is not the average T- Bone and it is highly tuned and pampered. Hangared at KCDW. Continually hangared for at least fifteen years. B50/S50
