1280 TT, 805 STOH with 6 NEW ECI Cylinder Assemblies Turbo-charged Lycoming TIO-540-AB1AD 250 HP 2000 Hr. TBO Lycoming MSB-569A was completed by Western Skyways in 2008 at 475 TT. In addition to complying with MSB-569A by replacing the crankshaft with a factory new Lycoming crankshaft, Western Skyways also installed 6 NEW ECI Cylinder assemblies, installed all new main and connecting rod bearings, rod bolts, nuts and gaskets, new piston pins, overhauled camshaft, overhauled lifters and more. Although not documented as a major overhaul, this was basically the scope of a major overhaul except for some accessories not being overhauled or replaced.
