Airframe Notes
Clean 1965 200 HP fuel injected Mooney M20E. This is an excellent flying aircraft. It had corrosion where the wing spar connects to the fuselage, it was repaired at a Mooney dealer with original Mooney parts. It has been corrosion inspected regularly and had anticorrosion applied, in addition, it is hangared at Martin State Airport (KMTN) in Essex, Maryland. The past 11 years of annuals have been completed by Freeway Airport Maintenance, a Mooney certified repair station, where no expense has been waived in order to keep this bird clean and flying. The plane will require an annual by April 1, 2016, inspection date of 3/6/2015. All the service bulletons have been complied with.

Engine Notes
IO-360-A1A, when I bought this aircraft it was producing metal from a failed cam. The case was also feted. It was removed and sent to Zypher Engines where Charlie Merlot replaced the cam and engine case, and complete an inspection on the engine. Since then, regular oil changes with treated oil, heated engine starts in winter, and constant monitoring shows this engine to be in excellent shape. All AD's are complied with on the engine. This engine burns less than 1 quart per 10 hours of operation, and compression is in the mid to hi 70's on all four jugs.
Props
Prop Notes
Recent prop, TSN 300 hours, 2 blade. An AD came out against the original prop requiring 100 hour eddie current tests. I opted immediately to replace with a new prop from Hartzel. All AD's complied with.
