D?]AELK is on a modified version of the Fokker Equalised Maintenance Program. The modified version allows for fewer components limited by TBO/calendar, and extends other component and check intervals to further reduce the maintenance cost of running the F27. The program is fully approved by the LBA (German CAA). An explanation of the maintenance program is available on request, and the full program will be made available to the purchaser of the aircraft. In essence, the Fokker B, C and C2 checks (i.e. all work cards) have been split equally into 100 hour/35 day ?eblock checks?f, with emphasis on performing tasks in one area of the aircraft area during each check. Thus there are no major checks/downtime except the D check, which is performed every 8000hrs with no calendar limitation. The current status of the block checks and D check are as follows : Last Block Check was Block Check 2100 on 14 Dec 2012. Last D Check performed at TTSN 34717 Hrs. Next D check due at TTSN 42717 Hrs (in 746 Hrs). Block Checks between from Jan 2013 to the current date are due. Completion of these Block Checks, any due SIP/CCP & components (see maintenance spreadsheet) will bring D?]AELK up to date.
