    Plane is located in Prince George B.C has been stored outside , has not flown in 10 years.  Had heavy snow load and tipped back onto tail two winters ago.  Repairs completed by Hill Aviation LTD. in Prince George B.C.  Engines ran up then and checked over,  all good.  Landing gear, top overhauls done by Cessna dealer in 2004, approx 50 hours ago.  Currently undergoing pre-purchase inspection.  Can be sold with or without Fresh a C of A.  Must go!! No reasonable offer refused !
