    I’m only interested in selling this Pulsar as a canablizable status. For reasons that I can explain to any prospective buyer this kit plane for all practical purposes will not meet FAA certification. The ROTAX only has 5.5 hours total time, it has not run since August 2006. Project has always been hangared and is currently housed at Martin State Airport, MD. Pulsar XP ROTAX 912 UL
