Wheeler Express kit. Value $47,000 ++. Complete kit with plans. There are NO missing parts. Fuselage, Wings, Horizontal Stabilizer, seats + many other parts complete. Many other parts are made and ready for assembly. Unfinished kit with plans

Kit includes tricycle landing gear, wings each have electrical and twin tanks (90 gals total)and have been closed out. Horizontal stabilizer has been closed out. Rear glass is in; all other glass is made and ready for installation. Seats and foot peddles have be made. Ailerons, flaps, elevators and rudder skins are complete and need to have bulkheads inserted and to be closed out. No bulkheads needed for the rudder. Gull wing door is made and needs to be attached. Cowling is complete.

This plane has an engine mount which I believe is for an IO 550. No engine. This plane was designed to use a 200 hp or larger engine.

No prop.

This plane has been modified with the larger horizontal stabilizer in the "conventional" position. It does NOT have the mid-vertical stabilizer. The horizontal stabilizer is complete and closed out. The vertical stabilizer has been changed on one side of the fuselage. The verticlal stabilizer as well as the back 1/4 of the other side of the fuselage needs to be closed out. The parts are made but need to be attached to the fuselage.

Many miscellaneous parts, ie: door hinges. The cables for the controls are NOT provided. Electrical for the panel and miscellaneous nuts and bolts are NOT provided. The wheels, tires and brakes are the same as for an RV10 so they are readily available.

None. Seats, foot peddles etc. are made but not assembled. Rear glass is installed. All other glass is made.

This kit is selling for over $47,000 today. I do not have the time to work on it and need to sell it. When finished this plane will hold 4 people, full fuel and plenty of weight left for luggage. Plane was designed to cruise at 250 mph. Gross design wt = 2,895, Empty wt = 1,850. Useful load is 1,045 pounds.
