    We bought this Mooney from the factory in mid 2000.  Built as an Eagle, Avionics upgraded twice, Custom Leather Interior and finally a  meticulous factory Overhaul of the entire airplane following a broken landing gear in 2009.  STC upgrade to the Ovation 3 w/310HP.  Engine Remanufactured by Firewall Forward.  1043# Useful load, 95 Gal usable capacity.  All logbooks and overhaul invoices available.
This baby cruises @ 75%, 185 KIAS on 16.5 Gal/hr.
