    The excitement of becoming a Lancair owner clouded my judgment. Lancair IVP/Propjet in Chino CA. The so-called owner of the plane conned a $12,000 deposit from me before I found out that the plane was not his and the paperwork provided was fraudulent. At least he didn't steal $200K.
