Aircraft will be sold built Spinner to Tail. Will come standard as a tail wheel (tricycle gear is available). Will come with position lights (LED from whelen), strobe lights (from whelen), Landing and Taxi lights. Cleveland brakes and wheels, ELT, new battery, and all new wiring. Everything will be aviation grade and built to part 23 standards.

Aircraft will be sold with a brand new constant speed two blade Hartzell propeller along with a governor. If another propeller/governor combination is wanted or a fixed pitch propeller is wanted, price will change accordingly. Propeller will also be dynamicly balanced before delivery. Panel will be all EFIS glass panel. Provided by Dynon Avionics. 3 screens total 2 Primary and 1 for backup instruments. Aircraft will also have systems powered by Vertical Power systems which allows everything in the aircraft to be programmed by computer! Contact for pictures. If you don't want EFIS and would like to go steam gauge route, I will install at no charge. You pick everything from what types of switches to which brand of gauges, to how the panel is configured. Garmin 340 Audio Panel, Garmin 430WAAS, Garmin SL30 Nav/Com with indicators, Garmin 330 Transponder. If you would like to add more avionics such as a Garmin 530WAAS, I will install any additional avionics at no charge. You just pay for the units and I will install for free. Bose Headsets will be included for Pilot and Copilot and wired into panel. All 4 seats will have regular headset jacks along with Bose jacks to provide the utmost comfort. This aircraft will be built 100% to your wants/needs. You design everything from spinner to tail light. The asking price above reflects aircraft with 220horse engine with constant speed prop, EFIS and Garmin avionics, Vertical power controls for aircraft, leather interior and carpet on floor, and 3 color paint. Aircraft will be painted by Wipaire Inc. out of St Paul, MN. Selling price of aircraft includes prepped and primed. White basecoat and three colors of choice in the new Cessna Scheme. Interior will be done by Wipaire Inc. out of St Paul, MN. Selling price of aircraft includes leather seats, carpet, and interior sidewalls painted and/or carpeted. If you would like cloth instead of leather or two tone carpet instead of neutral color price will change accordingly. Buy now to get the aircraft done the way you want!

Aircraft will be sold with the 40 hours required for the certification on it. I will at that time perform a condition inspection before delivery. I will also perform the next 2 consecutive condition inspections at no charge to you (you must still cover parts or bring your own parts) if aircraft is brought back to me. I will also warranty the aircraft during its first two years if brought back to me (at no charge).
