With a total time of 2620hrs, this former German Air Force (GAF) trainer is a great multi purpose airplane. Always hangared by the current owner, this airplane has been extremely well maintained. The current owner acquired it in 1999 as a personal Warbird. A new Hartzell 3-blade prop was installed upon Canadian certification. All installations were conducted in accordance with applicable STCs and all engineering paper work was completed for approval of the non-standard 295hp engine and prop combination. The engine and propeller were overhauled in 2011 and curently have less than 10hrs SMOH. The airplane is painted in its original GAF paint scheme and bearing its original markings. Exterior is 9/10. Interior is classic German Military (except for the avionics) but was completely restored in 1997 with new seat belts on all 4 seats including 4-points Hooker harness on both front seats. It is equipped with a Narco IFR package with an additional Apollo GPS with MFD and a CD player. This aircraft is being offered for sale without any warranty expressed or implied.
