We have an opportunity to build at Russian factories new helicopters ÌI-8ÀÌÒ (ÌI-171 is the export variant of ÌI-8ÀÌÒ, it has the certificate of type). These helicopters are cheaper to reduction of expenses at their complete set with repair units, that at all does not influence on flight characteristics and safety in exploitation. Helicopters MI-8AMT (ÌI-171 is the export variant of ÌI-8ÀÌÒ, it has the certificate of type) have new gliders, blades of general and steering screws, other units after the first repair. The factory guarantee and calendar service life of helicopters of 1 category is distributed to these helicopters. Characteristics, between-repairs resources and calendar service life of helicopters of such complete set do not differ from characteristics of helicopters with new units, but operational expenses are much less due to prolongation of resources of the products maintained on a condition. Helicopters will pass the state and military acceptance on the factory - manufacturer. Helicopters will be completed with the tools, the equipment, the technical literature and devices for ground service wile independent basing, that very favourably distinguishes them from second-hand helicopters on completeness and from new helicopters under the price. Cost of such helicopters starts from 3.600.000 EURO for a transport variant and from 3900000 $ EURO-for a passenger variant and depending on a complete set with the additional equipment. These helicopters are made during 10 months. Cost of helicopters MI-17 of 1-st variant (new) in a standard complete set: a transport variant – 5,680-5,700 000 EURO, a passenger variant – 6,300000 EURO. The helicopters are made during 11-12 months. For presentation the data on helicopters MI-8AmT (ÌI-17 is the export variant of ÌI-8ÀÌÒ, it has the certificate of type) and ÌI-8MTV are shown in one table (see the table below). Purchase by the buyer of helicopter Mi-8AMT (ÌI-17) enables prolongation of ÌI-8ÀÌÒ (ÌI-17) resource in addition at 1500 hours that is much cheaper, than repair of ÌI-8ÌÒV for reception in addition 1000 hours. Except for that it is necessary to pay attention that helicopters MI-8AMT (ÌI-17) have a new fuselage and accordingly 20 years of a calendar and 7000 hours of the common resource. The helicopters MI-8MTV have already spent a quarter of a resource and the rest of calendar service life at them is about 6-7 years. New helicopters ÌI-8ÀÌÒ (ÌI-17) are completed with a package of documents and the equipment which is necessary for getting in addition for Ìè-8ÌÒV.
