It is the only one to ever have the 380hp Turbo engine installed. It was originally to be a new STC but the paperwork was never completed. Therefore, it holds an Experimental airworthiness certificate. In addition to the huge engine it has two 30-gallon tip tanks added giving this airplane a true 7 hour endurance at 190kts (20gph). At 220kts (28gph), it will fly for 5 hours. Yes, that's 220kts TAS! This plane was documented as the world's fastest Bonanza in 1995.
