    The fuselage and vertical tail are painted with urethane paint, logo, and striping. Wings, nacelles, and horizontal stabilizer are polished.

    The standard interior is a 14 place (12 passenger) executive configuration. Two baggage compartments are provided; one large compartment in the pressurized area and a smaller one in the unpressurized nose section. The total volume available for baggage in these two areas and the coat closet is 185.5 cubic feet. The aircraft features an aft located flushing toilet and vanity. Each Metro 23 aircraft includes Cockpit and cabin fire extinguishers, passenger disposable oxygen masks, Underseat baggage restraints, Crew hat hooks, Cockpit storage pockets, Sun visors, Cockpit and cabin acoustic windows, Cargo tie-down net, Cold air interconnect, Cockpit curtain, Cockpit center windshield defogger, Remote cabin temperature sensor and indicator.
