ESTATE SALE - This plane is part of an estate, left to a minor child, so it has to be sold. For Sale is a beautiful 2005 Aeroprakt A22 Valor Airplane that was purchased from the original owner on September 29, 2007. The proud owner of this beautiful plane last flew it on 1/12/08 (Unfortunately only 3 months of ownership, but he loved this plane!) It has an N number (N3106S) and airworthiness certificate. Very low hours - just 221 hrs TT. It has always been hangared. It has a luggage storage area, adjustable cloth seats, cabin heat, transparent "Bubble doors" for amazing visibility, can use automobile gas (So it costs a lot less to fly), and a very generous 54" wide cabin which holds 2 people quite comfortably. We have all of the log books and a copy of the flight manual available for inspection. There was a fresh annual, oil change, and battery replacement on 1/7/09, so there is nothing for the new owner to do but fly her away!
