Description
This is truly a one of a kind Fairchild F-27F Aircraft. This aircraft was delivered from Fairchild as a corporate aircraft in Canada and has been owned and operated by a large mineral corporation since 1974. Since the last 28 years the aircraft was always hangered and received close attention from the maintenance personal and same captain. No saving’s was done to preserve it and the aircraft remains like the same condition it came from the factory. There is no damage history and complete records back to birth. On Summer 2000 the company requested a full NDT inspection of the A/C to detect any structural fault. (More than 600 xray films + eddy current test was performed). No corrosion or faults were found. The aircraft has just been removed from service on November 1st, 2002 and is currently parked at Opaloka Airport in Miami and ready for immediate delivery. One of a kind Fairchild F-27F. Last 28 yrs the aircraft was always hangered & rcvd close attention from the maint personal & captain. Equipped w/ 24 executive seating.
