This is a very well maintained aircraft with original logs and no damage history. Very easy to fly and land with a the right technique. Beech quality and reliability. The engine produces great power and is very smooth and easy to start with all compressions between 70 and 75 and burns very little oil and about 7.5 GPH. King KT76A, Loran, new fiberglass, good interior, new Cleveland brakes, new alternator, fresh May annual, runs great, original logs, NDH. Super room & visibility

Continental IO-346A, 165 hp, fuel injected. High time but is running great with good compression and very little oil burn. 230 hrs since two rebuilt ECI cylinders installed ,cleaned and re-honed other two cyls, four new pistons and ring sets installed. New alternator will be installed with May 2003 annual.
