    Description
C-GHDM Commander 112 A, serial # 334 • 2123 TT Compare with a 2,500 TT, for most pilots it will mean 4 to 7 years of additional flight before reaching 2,500 TT. And most Commander 112 currently for sale have over 3,000 TT. The propeller has just been overhauled under the 10 years mandatory overhaul in Canada. • A great White, Gold line, Red Commander 112 A. Exterior is 10/10 (see the pictures) Interior is 9.5/10 (see the pictures) A great beige interior, Just a little less for the interior mainly because the panel is not a 2016 full digital like in 500k airplanes. Seats, refurbished in 2001, have a more modern look than the originals. • Fresh annual when you purchase Included in the price. When you buy, a thorough annual will be done. You will not have to worry about it. Ready to go. It’s on us. Features • Speed. You can have a look at charts. Most of the time they give you numbers difficult to use because they are at 6-10,000 feet, economy 65% or best 75% power. All very confusing. Here is a more general observation. Considering that most pilots like to flight at level to have a nice view. from a 1,000 feet to 5,000 feet, on average I had a 125 KTS airspeed. with the RPM setting an manifold pressure settings I felt comfortable with. No winds accounted for. • It has the 68 gallons of fuel tanks. 700 miles + range. The specs suggest 800+. The aircraft? May be. But can you? For more than 5 hours? And it reduces your security margin. Specs indicates from 10 gph to 12,5 gph. I use 13 gph. Much more realistic unless you are a top gun on efficiency. Better be on the safe side. And a more realistic cost estimates. • Retractable landing gear. With shock absorbers. See the video. • 3 Blades Hartzell propeller (0 time, just overhauled) Less vibration. More quiet. A nicer sound. (listen to video #1 below). Variable pitch propeller, constant speed propeller: efficiency at take-off and in flight. Strobes Wing tips and back. Much more visible at night. • Autopilot. Reduces workload. Help maintain the aircraft level in flight when you have a few things to do or look into. • Four seats radio connections with an isolate from others button for the pilot when needed. Vent windows on door windows on both sides. A little nice feature to get some fresh air or to talk to someone outside without having to open the door. • Both position fuel selector, a rarity in a low-wing airplane for better fuel management. Fire Extinguisher under the pilot seat First Aid kit on the back of the passenger front seat. • It is a 112A. It means that it is the same aircraft as the 112 excepted for : The doors. The 112A used metal doors instead of fiberglass ones as in the previous versions. An improved ventilation system. Thicker windows. Better insulation for a more quiet aircraft. • Options (to be discussed). 2 portable GPS. (Pilot and Copilot passenger seat). iPAD 3 with one year of ForeFlight professional subscription. Dual GPS Bluetooth connection. 2 headsets.
