    A Very Original Stearman - Only 940 Hrs Since it was Decommissioned from USAF in July 1949! It sat on its nose in a hangar in Beaumont, TX along with several others from the end of WWII until 1979. Rebuilt by Dwight & Ruth Hill - completed in 1981. Original Lycoming R-680 (225 HP), Sensenich Wood Propeller, Redline Brakes, King Digital Com, Intercom (Push to Talk, Front / Rear). No Damage History, Fuselage Never Cut - Not a sprayer, Always Hangared, Two Owners Since 1979, Current Owner for past 17 years! Aircraft located in Marion, KS - Some military Records / Manuals. It sat on its nose in a hangar at M and M Air Service in Beaumont, TX along with several others from the end of WWII until 1979. Rebuilt by Dwight & Ruth Hill – completed in 1981 in McPherson, KS.
