The nicest and best kept C modell Hiller on the planet is now availeble for sale!! The machine was zerotimed by Professionals in United Helicopters Sarasota in 2012, and is still being flown on a weekly basis. currently in Norway The Hiller was made as a trainer for the Us Army, it has excellent safty records and is super easy and smooth to fly. It is a forgiving - dynamic worhorse, and autorotates much like a hot air balloon.. It takes 3 People an runs at a cost of 80-100 usd pr hour! There is only 4 parts on the entire heicpter that runs out on hours, (2200 from now) and they are all in the tailrotor assembly. The rest can be inpsected an overhauled for generations. no hydraulic, no Electronics, no 12 year/2200 hours at 275 000,-usd, and no expensive AD donwn the line when you least need it.. It uses 12 usg at: 60 knt, and (15,5 usg at: on the way home.. it can stay up 3,5 hours if you are cruising around town at low speed. It is on N-Register at a US Company that i am the trustee for. if you buy it you simply buy my "position" and that is it. United Helicopters Sarasota or other Hiller workshops will support the Aircraft if you want something spesial done, but for anual you just need a mecanic With US papers to help you and sign you off. I can assist you in this. I lived in Florida for one year and baugt i to do my PPL license in. Had a blast With it and couldent part With it, so i braugt it back home to Norway when i mowed back. The only reason for selling this fantstic friend is that i am buying a 1985 MD 500 E to do Commercial work and dry leace With. i cant support them both, and have to stick with the one that will give me a salery down the line..
