    Description
    Built at Texas Engineering and Manufacturing Company (TEMCO) in 1948. First of two Phase I Buckaroo prototypes. This aircraft participated in the USAF evaluation tests in 1949. The first Temco Model 1A Buckaroo. Airframe completely rebuilt in 1970. ONLY 1060 HOURS SINCE REBUILD.

    Airframe completely rebuilt in 1970. ONLY 1060 HOURS SINCE REBUILD. .30 Cal Machine Gun Bays (no guns, good for baggage storage), rear cockpit has full flight controls and brakes. Heavy duty gear motor, Cleveland wheels and brakes. New extended gear doors. Rebuilt gear and downlock actuators. New tires, aircraft battery and ELT battery (9/01).
