Cruising comfortably at about 160mph (TAS@8,000ft), with a useful load of up to 1400 lbs, the piston-engine Comp Air 7 will carry up to 4 adults (plus lots of baggage) in comfort and style. Individual bucket seats are provided for four adults, with ample leg and head room. Tapered wings for faster cruise are included as a standard feature on the Comp Air 7. Because the CA7 is intended as a high performance, fast-flying load-carrying utility airplane, specially reinforced (carbon fiber) fuselage and tail group members are also included as standard features. This Comp Air 7 boasts a 46" wide cabin, sports 100% mass-balanced controls for high cruise speeds, has specially reinforced (carbon fiber) over-size tail surfaces for stability and control, includes an aerodynamically efficient and optically corrected windshield, and includes flush-mounted landing gear and flush-fit doors.
