242 hours on airframe, 1,019 hours on factory zero-timed O-320 engine. Hartzell CS prop overhauled 15 hours ago. VFR panel. 160mph cruise. Solid running engine. Sold to me by the original builder as part of a hangar purchase. The builder was an A&P and during construction worked closely with John Thorp himself. This plane has the hard-to-find 'John Thorp' all aluminum cowl. A friend of mine owns two T-18s and will vouch for how well this airplane is built. I currently own and fly an RV-7A, however, the Thorp beats it by a mile in terms of value for the money.
