Vehicle Description This aircraft, which is in beautiful condition, comes complete with all logs and records, including the original manual. It was manufactured in 1978 and is model number MS893E. There are no corrosion problems at all. This is a very easy plane to fly. It is quite agile but very forgiving. It is also a good short field takeoff aircraft. The 180 GT really is an amazing single engine airplane with a cruising speed of 135 mph and a 14,000 foot ceiling. The cabin seats four. The Lycoming engine has 180 HP. The plane requires 100LL or 130LL fuel. The engine serial number is 0-360-A3A. When hot the engine compression is 80/75 or so.
